IMG_1080 I’ll stop flirting with Benefit soon but look at these two beauties. In combination with the mascara and eyeliner I talked about before, they are front-runners for my all-time favourite products. I have some other oil minimising products I’ve been trying too but I’ll save that for another day.

Balm/Primer

I guess the porefessional balm is a classic, it’s a good primer worth having in your make-up bag, I rank it pretty highly against my Smashbox ones! It’s my everyday primer, it blends well and it’s good enough to wear it on its own if you haven’t time for full make-up but don’t want to be shiny! It’s a little more expensive than a standard drug-store primer but if you have particularly oily skin I’d defiantly recommend it. Like with most Benefit products a little bit goes along way!

Shine-vanishing powder

This product gives me life. It’s a beautiful, beautiful thing. I like that you have the brush in the base so I don’t need to faff about bringing extra things out and about! I use it sometimes before I’ve put on my make up, but mostly as a finishing powder. Where it really works wonders is when I’m out and about, especially when you’ve been busy all day and got that dreaded 3o’clock shine. It blends well so you don’t have to worry about having powder all over your face if you’re in a rush. If you don’t go for the primer I’d give this ago!

They do what it says on the tin what more can I say – also I love the packaging makes me love it that bit more.
