I hate to use the C word (it feels to early) but it is nearly Christmas, so here’s a seasonal baking recipe from the lovely Adele! At the bottom of this post I have a christmas gift idea for you too! I’m good to you.

Hi everyone, I’m Adele from Adele’s Journey to a Better Life and I’m here to do a guest blog today for Sarah!

Today I’m going to share some super cute Snowman Cupcakes ready for the festive season! They are easy to make and no doubt your friends and family will love them. This recipe makes 12 cupcakes.

6 oz butter

6 oz sugar

3 eggs

Method:

But for all of you in similar situations to me without one, cream the sugar and butter together. Followed by beating in the eggs then folding in the flour.

Divide between 12 cupcake cases and bake in the oven at 170C for 15 – 20 minutes. Then allow to cool.

First cream the butter till it is smooth, and then slowly adds in the icing sugar, making sure that it is all blended together. Then add in the milk. Whisk it all together until it is thoroughly blended together then pour into a piping bag to pipe on to the cakes.

For the decoration take one white marshmallow and place it on top of the buttercream icing in the centre. Take your black writing icing and draw on the eyes and mouth and using your red or orange icing, draw on the nose. Then draw on some buttons on to the buttercream icing and some arms.

Ta-dah! Your snowman cupcakes!
